Crude Oil Scheduling System

H/COSS is a modular decision support system designed to simulate and schedule a variety of crude oil and condensate receipt operations. Crude oil composition and quality are tracked over time as oil tenders are received at terminals, transferred through pipelines, blended in tankage, and ultimately charged to the refinery distillation units.

With H/COSS, the scheduler's capabilities and productivity are greatly enhanced. All pertinent scheduling data may be readily queried and combined with unique software functions and graphical data displays specifically designed for the scheduling task. Schedulers using H/COSS:
